Policy Inquiry Flow¶
- Caller asks about their policy
- PolicyAdvisor retrieves and explains coverage
- Answers follow-up questions
New Claim Flow¶
- Caller reports an incident
- PolicyAdvisor identifies need for FNOL
- Hands off to FNOLAgent with context
- FNOLAgent records claim, returns to PolicyAdvisor
Return Flow¶
After FNOL or Claims processing, caller returns to PolicyAdvisor for additional questions.
